2nd UPDATE ON MARY ATKINSON, 20060328

We now can give you more information on Mary抯 condition.  Mary has
completed her exercise with her two therapists and will continue exercising
on her own.  She now has much more strength and can walk with a cane instead
of a walker.  However her past radiation and chemo treatment have caused her
hair to fall out.  She now has some beautiful knit caps, nice scarves and
wigs to wear.  Maybe I could borrow one to cover up my bald spot.
Mary抯 recent MRI (brain picture) shows the tumors have greatly decreased in
size after 3 weeks of brain radiation and 2 weeks of chemo pills.  Her
present treatment is  21 more days of chemo pills and spot radiation of her
body tumors.  She may also become part of a future clinical trial.  So you
can see that a great deal is being done to fight her cancer.  We are hopeful
that this will bring good results.
Thank you for your interest in Mary抯 health.  We really value our many
friends.  Continue to pray for Mary抯 recovery.  We believe that her health
is ultimately in the hands of the Divine Physician.
